Story Cards
Download the Adventure, Summertime, and Everyday image cards HERE and use them to do all kinds of things. Cut them apart and choose three to five at random and arrange them to tell a story. If you are looking for some writing practice, write the story down.
Our Kindergarten, primary and regular handwriting paper is a free download from pagingsupermom found HERE. She also has a graph paper and a musical staff paper if you’re looking for those.
For people just learning to read, practice identifying the words and matching them to a picture in small groups of 3-5 words. Or, practice writing the objects on the cards.
Or use them as a fun way to learn one of the ABC Bible Verses. Write one word on each card, colored or not, and arrange the words in order by phrase—one phrase on each row.
Teach your children to learn one phrase at a time. As they get better at the phrase, flip a word over and see if they can still say it. When you can flip most of the words in the phrase over, add on the next phrase.
Or print two of the same page and play Match. Print four of the same page and play Go Fish. The possibilities are endless!
